We choose daycares that are safe and have all the right approvals. They are checked carefully to make sure they’re the best places for your child to be. You can trust them, and we want you to feel happy and at peace with your choice.

Once you get a message that says “Confirmed” on the app, and also an email from Kinderdrop, then your spot is confirmed. We’ll send you some forms to fill out too, so we’re ready for your child’s visit. Make sure you fill those forms before the booking day to make things smooth.

It’s easy to start! First, get the Kinderdrop app from the App Store or Google Play. Then, make a profile for yourself and your child. Next, choose a daycare you like and book a spot for the day you want. Once it’s all set, you’ll get important details and forms by email. If there’s a daycare event, we encourage you to go and see the place!

No, we don’t charge extra for last-minute bookings. We want to help you find daycare whenever you need it, without any extra fees.

Many daycares on Kinderdrop can handle special diets and allergies. Just tell us about it in your child’s profile. When you book a spot, the daycare provider will know about it and take care of your child’s needs.

No worries! You can find daycares that know how to take care of special needs children in the Kinderdrop app. Just use the filter to find the right place for your child. Also, make sure to let the daycare know about your child’s special needs in their forms and on Kinderdrop’s profile.

You can pay easily with your credit card using the Kinderdrop app. All payments are made in the app once your booking is confirmed.

Safety is very important to us. Every daycare follows strict rules set by health experts to keep kids safe. Each daycare has safety plans for COVID, and we’ll share those plans with you in the confirmation email. If there’s a COVID outbreak, we’ll take that daycare off the app. If your child can’t go because of the outbreak, we’ll give you a full refund.

You get to decide! You can choose how often you want to list your daycare spots. You can do it a few times a week or just once a month. You can also say yes or no to each booking before it’s confirmed. It’s all up to you!

Kinderdrop takes care of all the paperwork for you. Every month, we’ll balance your account. For each booking through our app, we’ll take a small part of the money as our fee. You can choose to get paid with an e-transfer or by cheque.

No problem! When you sign up your daycare on Kinderdrop, you can add the forms you need to your profile. Parents will get these forms in their email once their booking is confirmed.
Kinderdrop asks parents to create a profile for their child with all the important information you’ll need. When a parent books a spot at your daycare, you’ll have access to their child’s profile with all the details they provided.

We have rules for cancellations. Parents can cancel up to 48 hours before their booking with no penalty. If they cancel between 24 and 48 hours before, they will pay half of the booking fee. If they cancel within 24 hours, they won’t get a refund.
